The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Return & Refund Policy
At Wardrobe-e-Jamia, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Make a video while opening our parcel to get the refund.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized items
3. Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Email us at return@wardrobeejamia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Email].
